If you intend to donate your own buttons, these requirements below must be met first. Alternatively, if you prefer to email, or if you are experiencing problems with the form, please mail me at aelyn [@] aelysia.net. Asterisk (*) symbol indicates compulsory fields.

1. Buttons must be originally designed by you.
2. Acceptable extensions are .png, .jpg or .gif.
3. Acceptable dimensions are 50x50, 75x50 or 100x50.
